Implement high-priority systems to optimize operations.
Month Two:
Launch high-priority projects.
Review and overhaul Team Operations as necessary.
Build out systems to streamline team operations.
Month Three:
Our team is ready to assume project management, team management, and operations management responsibilities as outlined in the action plan established in month one.
